Radiographs (x-rays), injectable sedation, and surgeries. If there are additional services we are unable to provide, we provide guidance on reaching that access to care as well as communicate those needs on your pets behalf.
Yes! We offer a variety of diagnostics that can be individualized. This includes bloodwork, urinalysis, parasite screening, sampling for cytology and culture.
Your pet does not need to be fasted for diagnostic testing unless specifically indicated prior. All of our labs are performed at a diagnostic laboratory.
We understand these moments can be stressful. You are welcome to contact us with urgent matters, however, it may be recommended that your pet be evaluated at the closest emergency facility to you as time may be a crucial life-saving measure.
We aim to provide a response in less than 24 hours.
Yes - same-day visits can be scheduled upon availability and urgency. Providing excellent quality medicine takes time - we never want to rush through your pet's needs and want to ensure all of your concerns are addressed in a stress-free setting.
Yes - we understand that even in a familiar setting, some pets may be triggered by strangers and are fearful of being handled. Our team is proudly Fear-Free certified to minimize fear, anxiety, and stress. While comfort is our primary goal, we would never compromise the safety of you, your pet, or our team. Administering oral sedatives prior to an appointment may be recommended.
We can dispense prescriptions directly and submit custom orders on your behalf. You can also visit our online prescription portal page to submit prescription refill requests. Additionally, we have a partnership with many verified pet pharmacies.
Providing existing medical records, current medication lists, and nutritional information helps us establish a better understanding of your pet's medical needs

We currently do not offer payment plans. We accept all major credit cards, CareCredit, Apple & Google Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.
If you have health insurance for your pet, we can provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to their insurance carrier.
